Installation steps and precautions of the upper box after the bag filter is transformed:
1. Check the calibration of the plane flange on the box in the bag filter. This plane serves as the basis for the assembly of the box and poppet valve housing on the dust collector.
2. Taking into account the shipping and manufacturing accuracy requirements, the upper case of the baghouse dust collector is manufactured in the factory in the form of divided boxes, which are divided into 10 upper case splits and 2 poppet valve housings, with a total of 12 pieces.
3. Hang the box part of the bag filter on the flange surface of the middle box. The installation sequence is:
1) Install the poppet valve housing first, then install the upper housing, lift the valve housing, the butt joint between the upper housing and the middle housing is positioned with bolts.
2) Use a spirit level to check if the plane of the flower panel in the upper box is horizontal, and then adjust it.
4. After the old box is installed in place, weld according to the welding requirements in the upper box node diagram.
5. All tight welding seams are inspected with kerosene leakage inspection method, and repair welding is to be performed where leakage occurs to ensure that there is no leakage of the tight welding seam of the bag filter box.
